The acoustic stuff especially. Race Is On and Wake Up Little Suzie are tight and energetic. SQ is excellent as well. And yes, that would be David Nelson playing 2nd acoustic. Pig played guitar or resonator solo sometimes (Katie Mae)

I thought it was David Nelson from NRPS playing second ac guitar on those acoustic dead sets.

Is that Pig playing acoustic?
I love Charlie Miller's mixes. Can hear EVERYTHING, including a second acoustic guitar on the left channel (I think) on New Speedway. I'm wondering now if Pigpen did a lot of guitar playing, besides harp, during these awesome 1970 acoustic sets.

Those who jumped ship in 2005......
...should think seriously about returning for good.
These new additions to the LMA/GD Public archive are tremendous! Just when you think it can't get any better, it does!
As far as this performance goes....I'll defer to Cliff Hucker.

This sounds like a vault release!
Amazing job Charlie Miller, you can actually crank this up real loud!
This is easily among the very best acoustic sets that the band has played.
The second set jams are tremendous as well, this show is just about as good as Harpur.
